Job summary

Engineered Products, an established metals manufacturing organization in Easley, SC, seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead all environmental, health, and safety programs for a ~200-employee facility. Buildout and mature EH&S programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a proactive safety culture across all shifts.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• CSP/ASP or similar certifications preferred
• OSHA 30-hour required

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S programs for a single-site facility (~200 employees)
• Own regulatory compliance and risk reduction, buildout of EH&S culture
• Develop and implement EH&S policies and SOPs; drive KPIs and continuous improvement
• Lead Safety Committee; deliver training and engagement; manage incidents and response
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and HR
