Blue Polymers, part of the Ravago family, is seeking a Safety Coordinator in Indianapolis, IN to learn and grow in Environmental, Health & Safety.

You will work on OSHA compliance, incident investigations, training, audits, and continuous improvement while promoting a strong safety culture on the production floor.

Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply; OSHA 10/30 and First Aid/CPR are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in safety, manufacturing, or related environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety records, training records, and regulatory files.
• Assist with OSHA recordkeeping and incident documentation.
• Support safety programs, policies, and communications.
• Assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate safety trainings and toolbox talks.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and safety improvements.
