Mykelly is seeking an HSE Coordinator at our Indianapolis plant to strengthen our health, safety, environmental, and sustainability programs. You will conduct inspections, support audits, and help drive regulatory compliance and safer work practices.

You will lead safety training, assist with incident investigations, and monitor site performance while collaborating with cross-site teams. A CSP and OSHA training are preferred.)

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED and at least two years of HSE experience.
• Knowledge of HSE legislation, environmental initiatives, risk assessments, investigations, emergency response, and machinery safety.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP); OSHA 10- and 30-hour training; OSHA 501 and 511 training.
• Familiarity with HSE management systems and audits, including ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 50001.
• Experience with sustainability data, reporting frameworks, or ESG initiatives.
• Print or folding industry experience and advanced safety or security credentials are preferred.

Physical and work environment: May require extended periods of sitting or standing and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds. Work includes proximity to mechanical equipment and moderate noise; hearing protection is provided and required.
