Job summary

MooreCo Inc. seeks an EHS Specialist to manage OSHA compliance, maintain safety records, and lead inspections and training at the Temple, TX site. You will investigate incidents, coordinate workers' compensation processes, and support environmental programs while promoting a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience with OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 logs, incident reporting, and safety documentation.
• Ability to conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and communicate corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain OSHA records and safety documentation.
• Conduct workplace inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Investigate accidents and coordinate corrective actions and root cause analyses.
• Coordinate workers' compensation incidents and post-accident testing.
• Deliver employee safety training and orientations.
