Job summary

The Antigua Group in Peoria, AZ is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager to lead the EH&S program across site operations. You will strategize and implement long-term safety initiatives and drive compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.

The role requires strong communication, a manufacturing background, and the ability to develop safety procedures, lead a Safety Committee, and ensure continuous improvement within a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Occupational Health and Safety Sciences, Environmental Resources Mgmt, or related technical field.
• Strong environmental background with knowledge of regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the EH&S department.
• Coordinate site Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability programs.
• Develop and implement a long-term EH&S plan.
• Lead a Safety Committee and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop health and safety procedures for all departments and monitor compliance.
• Maintain records and reports for OSHA and environmental regulations.
