Job summary

Prince Industries seeks an Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager to develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs across all facilities. You will promote a safe workplace, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leaders to identify risks and reduce injuries.

The role involves OSHA compliance, incident investigations, workers' compensation coordination, and continuous improvement through company-wide safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in safety-related field.
• Minimum 3 years EH&S experience in manufacturing.
• Certified safety professional (CSP/ASP/OHST) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EH&S programs and policies.
• Conduct facility inspections, hazard assessments, and audits.
• Lead safety committees and training programs.
• Maintain OSHA logs and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work initiatives.
