Job summary

Prince Industries in Illinois is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive EH&S programs across multiple U.S. facilities.

The role ensures regulatory compliance, promotes a safe workplace, and supports operational excellence while reducing injuries and environmental impact. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of manufacturing EH&S experience, along with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental health and safety within a manufacturing environment preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain EH&S programs to promote a safe workplace and regulatory compliance.
Partner with leaders across facilities to identify risks and reduce workplace injuries.
Lead OSHA and EPA compliance efforts and maintain required logs and reports.
Coordinate workers' compensation processes and return-to-work programs.
Develop EH&S training and keep documentation up to date.
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Track and analyze EH&S performance metrics and drive improvements.
