Prince Industries is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to develop, implement, and maintain programs that promote a safe workplace and regulatory compliance across all facilities. You will identify risks, reduce injuries, and support operational excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field and at least 3 years in manufacturing EH&S. ISO/13485/9100 experience and strong communication and problem-solving skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental health and safety within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain EH&S programs, policies, and procedures across facilities.
• Conduct facility inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead safety committee meetings and drive employee involvement.
• Maintain safety metrics, incident records and regulatory reporting.
