Job summary

Prince Industries LLC is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager to develop and maintain programs ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe workplace across all facilities. You will partner with leadership to identify risks, reduce injuries, and support ongoing safety excellence.

The role requires coordinating workers' compensation, incident investigations, and OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance, while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement within a high‑volume

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental health and safety within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer EH&S programs, policies, and procedures across all facilities.
• Investigate injuries, near misses, and incidents; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate workers' compensation claims, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Lead safety training, new-hire orientations, and refresher sessions.
• Monitor OSHA/EPA/DOT requirements and maintain records.
