Job summary

Plastipak Packaging, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, develop, and maintain on-site e-learning for a manufacturing environment at our Plymouth, MI headquarters.

You will partner with manufacturing experts, create engaging digital experiences, and manage projects from concept to LMS publication, ensuring safety and efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience, and occasional travel to facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field.
• 3+ years of e-learning design and development experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/training frontline environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Storyline 360 and multimedia tools.
• Travel ability; in-person at Plymouth, MI office.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain manufacturing e-learning curriculum.
• Design interactive e-learning for production employees.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex content into clear instruction.
• Manage projects from concept to LMS publication.
