Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, learning technology, communications, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing e-learning solutions.
• Experience with training for manufacturing or technical environments highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical experts.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain manufacturing e-learning curriculum.
• Design and develop interactive e-learning for production employees.
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify learning needs.
• Create engaging digital learning experiences using various media.
• Manage e-learning projects from concept through launch.
