Job summary

Times Microwave Systems seeks a Manufacturing Document Engineer to collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations in capturing and refining technical and manufacturing documentation. You will support Sales, Engineering, and Quality by creating, reviewing, and maintaining procedures and interfaces with Oracle and document control processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or related field.
• Lean principles and Six Sigma or similar problem-solving methodologies preferred.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SolidWorks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture and document manufacturing processes and eliminate tribal knowledge.
• Manage and process assembly document redlines and revisions.
• Identify root causes of documentation issues and drive corrective actions.
• Create and maintain documentation for RF coaxial cable assemblies and testing.
• Ensure documentation complies with internal standards and configuration control.
