Job summary

Times Microwave Systems seeks a Technical Writer to support Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing teams by creating, reviewing, releasing, and maintaining technical and manufacturing documentation. The role ensures configuration control and supports Oracle entries to enable timely MRP and production documentation.

Ideal candidates will have strong writing skills, proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and experience in a manufacturing environment; AS9100 exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Associates Degree or higher in a technical discipline preferred; experience may substitute education.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing and/or cable assembly processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and peer review of Manufacturing Instructions and technical specifications.
• Manage configuration across multiple document control processes.
• Perform Oracle administration for item masters, routings and BOMs to support MRP and release production docs.
• Coordinate with Sales and Applications Engineering to review customer drawings and material requirements for Oracle entry.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to optimize production processes.
