Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Provo, Utah, is hiring a Permanent Full Time Quality Coordinator (Document Control) for our manufacturing facility. The role focuses on maintaining quality system documentation, ensuring food safety and product quality, and supporting audits and supplier qualification.

You will manage documents, records, and change controls using Word and Excel, work with internal teams, and participate in audits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years QA/Document Control experience in food manufacturing or dietary supplement industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain quality system documentation (specifications, MMRs, change controls, deviations, material disposition).
• Collect supplier documents and assist with internal audits.
• May assist with customer complaints and corrective actions; perform other duties as assigned by Quality management.

Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Quality Coordinator (Document Control) at our manufacturing facility in Provo, Utah.

Warehouse positions pay Weekly!

• Hourly Pay: $26+ depending upon experience/certifications


• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


• Requirements: 3 years of quality assurance experience with document control within a food manufacturing facility

This position is responsible for ensuring quality expectations including, but not limited to employee safety, food safety, sanitation and quality systems.

We want the right Quality Coordinator II to join us at Ryder and work with State of the Art Equipment in the Safest Warehouse Environment

• Products Being Handled: Food & Supplements

  • Create and maintain documents and records relating to the quality system (specifications, Master Manufacturing Records, change control, deviations, material disposition forms)

• High School diploma or equivalent


• 3 or more years in QA/Document Control experience in the food and/or dietary supplement industry preferred


• Skilled using Microsoft Word and Excel Beginner


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to make decisions (good judgment), manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and interface effectively with customers and internal staff
