Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Warehouse Quality Auditor/Clerk. The role supports safe, organized distribution operations with weekly pay and a range of benefits. Third shift work is required with competitive hourly pay and occasional extra shift pay.

Responsibilities include enforcing quality standards, auditing processes, and reporting quality metrics to management. This position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within a dynamic warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing or fast-paced warehouse preferred.
• Knowledge of inspection and control methods, techniques, and documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
• Strong computer skills including QA applications, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing products.
• Serve as the primary Quality Assurance resource to department supervisor(s) for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement.
• Execute and analyze quality-reporting measures.
• Report to management on quality issues, trends, and losses.
• Participate in quality audits.
• Ensure product quality to meet customer, state, and federal guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $23.45 per hour


• Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour when assigned to third shift


• Schedule: Third Shift (C) Sunday-Tuesday 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, every other Wednesday 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

• 1 to 2 years or more in Manufacturing or fast paced warehouse preferred


• Knowledge of inspection and control methods, techniques, and documentation


• Strong verbal and written communication skills
