Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Provo, Utah, is hiring a Document Control Coordinator to join our quality-focused team. The role involves creating and maintaining quality system documentation, managing records, and coordinating with customers and internal staff to ensure compliance.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of QA/Document Control experience in food or dietary supplement industries.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 or more years in QA/Document Control experience in the food and/or dietary supplement industry preferred
• Skilled using Microsoft Word and Excel Beginner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to make decisions (good judgment), manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and interface effectively with customers and internal staff

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains quality system documentation and records, including specifications, item number creation, bills of materials (BOMs), master manufacturing records (MMRs), change controls, deviations, and material disposition forms
• Works with customers and purchasing to collect supplier documents
• Assists with internal audits
• May perform other duties as assigned by Quality management
• May assist with customer complaints and corrective actions
• Performs other duties as assigned
