Job summary

Precision Resource, a family-owned global supplier of precision metal components, seeks a Division Controller for the Kentucky Mount Sterling division. This role partners with the Division Manager to provide timely financial insight, drive profitable growth, and ensure robust internal controls in a manufacturing environment.

You will lead the division's accounting function, coordinate budgeting and costing, and develop standard cost systems while complying with GAAP and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• CPA or equivalent required.
• Advanced ERP experience, preferably PLEX.
• Expert MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee division accounting and financial reporting.
• Manage AP/AR, budgeting, variance analysis and ad hoc reports with Accountant.
• Maintain general ledger and prepare financial reports.
• Develop internal controls and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate capital budgeting and cost accounting processes.
