Timken is hiring a Dispatcher to work across operations, support groups, and management to maintain and improve machine run time. You will monitor Andon, coordinate teams, and drive data-driven problem solving. The role requires strong organization, communication skills, and advanced Excel abilities.

Salary range is $62,000–$75,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package. This on-site position offers opportunities for growth within a global manufacturing company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong communication.
• Must possess Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel skills to include working with and building spreadsheets, pivot tables, and graph generation.

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety rules and regulations.
• Maintains and improves machine run time and monitors Andon activation and escalation processes.
• Coordinates activities between operations, support groups and management.
• Dispatches help chain members and investigates historical data to aid problem solving.
• Tracks open 5C's and Red Card A3's and reports timing.
• Posts daily and weekly production statuses and produces Pareto and Trend charts.
• Facilitates problem-solving and root cause corrective action processes.
• Supports data gathering and additional analysis as requested.
