Job summary

The Timken Company in New Jersey is seeking a Dispatcher to support operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will coordinate between operations, support groups, and management to optimize machine run time and problem solving.

Responsibilities include tracking safety rules, guaranteeing quality output, managing Andon data, and producing Pareto/Trend charts to drive root-cause analysis. A HS diploma and strong Excel skills are required. TMOS training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts).
• Ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety rules and regulations.
• Ensures quality and quantity of work produced.
• Follows directions of Supervisor/Manager.
• Adheres to standards, certifications, and training procedures.
• Manages Andon data and supports problem solving.
• Tracks open 5C’s and Red Card A3’s and reports timelines.
• Produces Pareto and Trend charts for department meetings.
• Facilitates root cause corrective action processes.
