Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, systems, or project deployment.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects through implementation and sustainment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, material flow, and production planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills to engage frontline employees, technical teams, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Develop readiness and launch plans for production, staffing, data, and systems requirements.
• Coordinate go-live activities, cutovers, and post-launch stabilization.
• Lead MES and digital manufacturing initiatives as primary deployment lead.
• Translate manufacturing requirements into practical execution processes and workflows.
• Support integration of manufacturing systems with ERP platforms and related technologies.
• Drive adoption and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Facilitate development of future-state processes and operating models.
• Identify risks and manage cross-functional discussions to resolve gaps.
