Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Business Technology Architect - Manufacturing to help leading manufacturing clients define transformation roadmaps and capabilities. You will work with business leaders and IT teams to align objectives with technology investments, guiding digital factory initiatives and OT/IT convergence.

The role spans MES/MOM, ERP modernization, PLM, and supply chain modernization, with a strong emphasis on value realization and enterprise transformation across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in business/enterprise architecture, manufacturing consulting, or technology advisory roles.
• Experience supporting manufacturing/industrial products sectors (auto, aerospace, chemical, etc.).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including production, maintenance, supply chain, inventory, and quality management.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives (Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, MES/MOM, ERP modernization).
• Ability to translate business objectives into capabilities, roadmaps, and tech-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business architecture and capability assessments for operational improvement.
• Define current/future-state capabilities, value streams, operating models, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives with technology investments and priorities.
• Translate challenges into business and technology-enabled solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Support governance, process mapping, and transformation program workstreams.
