Job summary

Molex is seeking a Digital Systems Support Engineer to join the Optical Systems Business Unit in Hudson, WI. The role supports North America and Mexico, focusing on manufacturing digital capabilities, MES, shopfloor apps, and data integrity.

You will diagnose and resolve production system issues, provide on-site coverage, and collaborate with global teams to ensure adherence to standards. Requires travel to Mexico quarterly and on-site presence in the US.

Qualifications

• Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills in live production environments.
• Understanding of interfaces, APIs, data flow, and basic connectivity.
• Familiarity with databases, SQL queries, operating systems, and basic networking.
• Willingness to travel to Mexico; on-site US support as needed.
• Ability to meet ITAR access requirements where required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as North America Digital Operations support point based in Hudson.
• Provide local first-response support for production digital systems.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day production system issues with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with global Digital Operations teams and escalation processes.
• Monitor system performance and data flow to ensure continuity and integrity.
• Support system deployment, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
