Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with at least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience in manufacturing production.
- Experience with manufacturing process development or improvement.
- Ability to work on programs requiring special program access.
- Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance.
- Ability to obtain interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Participate in manufacturing development and value stream improvements.
- Assist with Design for Manufacturing activities and translate designs into processes.
- Develop Manufacturing Data Packages including assembly instructions and labor standards.
- Translate engineering requirements into manufacturable processes and support program decisions.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve constraints and improve producibility.
- Provide input on producibility authority and cost/quality objectives.
