Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America, combining AI, software, robotics and manufacturing. The role focuses on predicting manufacturing processes before they run, using geometry-based embeddings and deep models where appropriate.

You’ll own end-to-end pipelines tied to quoting, scheduling, capacity, and DFM, with collaboration across ML Platform and Data Engineering. You’ll work with high-mix, low-volume aerospace parts data, implementing advanced forecasting,

Qualifications

• Forecasting and prediction on real manufacturing data with honest uncertainty.
• Representation learning and embeddings for sparse data scenarios.
• Strong Python and ML fundamentals; know when to use deep learning vs classical methods.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production models for cycle time, tool life, quality, and demand.
• Engineer geometry-based features and embeddings; enable cold-start transfer of behavior.
• Own end-to-end model pipelines: training, serving, monitoring, and retraining.
