This role focuses on managing customer-facing program execution, coordinating infrastructure delivery, and driving outcomes across complex cross-functional initiatives at multiple factory locations.

The role requires coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, and supporting execution across internal and external teams, with travel up to 40% to factory sites and customer locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operational execution within aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or a related technical environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, business, operations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of cross-functional programs from initial planning through execution, milestone tracking, and completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, supply chain, software, operations) to maintain program timelines and resolve execution risks.
• Establish and maintain program governance processes, including status reporting, cross-team coordination, and executive updates.
• Monitor program scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with milestones and priorities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting communication, risk tracking, and program reviews.
