Job summary

TemperPack is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Lansing, MI to support daily manufacturing operations through data analysis and performance reporting. You will manage data across multiple systems, maintain dashboards in Power BI, and provide accurate trends to leadership.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Leadership to drive continuous improvement and ensure key plant priorities are executed efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor preferred in manufacturing, engineering, business, operations, or data analytics.
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with Redzone, Asset Essentials, CMMS, ERP, or document-control platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to translate data into actionable reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collect, monitor, and validate production data from multiple manufacturing systems.
• Track and report daily manufacturing KPIs (OEE, downtime, scrap, quality, schedule attainment).
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Leadership.
• Support continuous improvement projects through data analysis and project tracking.
