Job summary

TemperPack in Lansing, MI is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily manufacturing operations through data analysis, performance reporting, systems management, and cross-functional coordination.

This role will collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Leadership to provide accurate operational reporting, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel; strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience using Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Ability to learn and use manufacturing platforms (Redzone, Asset Essentials, Inolex).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect, monitor, and validate production data from multiple systems.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing reports.
• Create dashboards and visual reporting using Excel and Power BI.
• Analyze production trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support maintenance KPI visibility and documentation control; participate in audits.
