ZT Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to help develop and implement process analysis tools and measurement systems across manufacturing, warehousing, and the global supply chain.

You will turn data into insights to support decisions, collaborate with engineers and leadership, and build VBA‑based tools while using SQL, Python, and Tableau to inform key business choices.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• 2+ years of data analytics experience.
• Fluency in Visual Basic programming.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau or equivalents.
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Define data and analysis needs with cross-functional teams.
• Build software packages for collecting and analyzing data for decision making.
• Support data validation, reporting, and visualization of results.
• Participate in production floor data collection for testing.
• Use SQL to query datasets to provide insights for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain VBA-based tools.
• Troubleshoot and update tools to reflect business process changes.
• Deliver rapid concepts and prototypes for feedback to engineers and management.
