Job summary

PowerSecure Brand seeks a Manufacturing Analytics Specialist to develop and maintain dashboards and data solutions supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and partner with operations to improve performance.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, SQL basics, and experience with ERP/TMS systems. Hybrid onsite in Durham, NC with occasional travel and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, BI, or data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with ERP, TMS, SQL, inventory or warehousing systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to support manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver accurate, actionable insights.
• Monitor and validate existing reports to ensure data integrity as processes and data structures evolve.
• Support forecasting, KPI tracking, and operational performance reporting initiatives.
• Investigate data discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in improving data collection methods and reporting efficiency across the organization.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, user-friendly reports and presentations.
