Responsibilities

• Verify data in Plex and standardize Plex operation; provide training for accuracy.
• Collect, analyze, track and supervise KPI data, weekly/monthly reports.
• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from ERP, MES, sensors, and Plex.
• Perform quantitative analysis and build predictive models for production efficiency and quality deviations.
• Develop dashboards and reports for cross-functional teams highlighting KPIs like yield and OEE.
