Fuyao Glass America seeks a Manufacturing Data Analyst for the ARG Lamination Assembly. You will verify Plex data, standardize operations, and train teams to ensure system accuracy.

The role collects KPI data, prepares weekly and monthly reports, and oversees inventory-related tasks. Responsibilities include building dashboards, performing predictive analyses, root-cause investigations, and modeling to optimize production scheduling and ROI on equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• More than one year of experience in data analysis or a manufacturing data role.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Verify, clean, and standardize data in Plex; provide training to ensure accuracy.
• Collect, analyze, track, and supervise department data (KPI, weekly/monthly reports, inventory, etc.).
• Generate automated reports and interactive dashboards for cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance).
• Conduct root cause analyses on production inefficiencies and quality issues; provide actionable insights.
• Use statistical techniques for hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and variance analysis to support decisions.
• Apply financial and operational modeling to optimize production scheduling and reduce inventory costs.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and analytical frameworks for data accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate with production teams to train operators on data collection and dashboard interpretation.
• Evaluate ROI on capital equipment investments and inform sourcing and budgeting strategies.
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses for new processes and budgeting impacts for new lines.
