You will collect and monitor KPI data, generate weekly and monthly reports, develop dashboards, perform quantitative analyses, and support cost-saving and process-improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from multiple systems.
• Adept at quantitative analysis and building predictive models.
• Ability to develop automated reports and dashboards for cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data pipelines and data integrity in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple systems, including ERP, MES, sensor networks, and Plex.
• Perform quantitative analysis and build predictive models to uncover trends in production efficiency, material usage, and quality deviations.
• Generate automated reports and interactive dashboards for cross-functional teams, highlighting KPIs such as yield and OEE.
• Conduct root cause analysis on production inefficiencies and quality issues; provide actionable insights for improvements.
• Utilize statistical software for hypothesis testing and regression analysis to support operational decisions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and analytical frameworks to ensure data accuracy and scalability.
