Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and above in a relevant field.
• More than one year working experience in data analysis or manufacturing.
• Experience with Plex, ERP or MES data is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from ERP, MES, Plex.
• Perform quantitative analysis and build predictive models for production metrics.
• Generate automated reports and dashboards for cross-functional teams highlighting KPIs like yield and OEE.
• Conduct root cause analysis on production inefficiencies and quality issues.
• Utilize statistical software for hypothesis testing and variance analysis.
• Develop data pipelines and analytical frameworks ensuring data accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate with production teams and train operators on data collection and dashboards.
