You will collect and analyze KPI data, generate dashboards, and support cost-reduction initiatives through data-driven insights. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher and more than one year of relevant experience, with strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Over 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in data analysis and Excel.
• Familiar with Plex operation and manufacturing software.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from ERP, MES, Plex and other sources.
• Perform quantitative analysis and build predictive models for production efficiency and quality.
• Generate automated reports and interactive dashboards for cross-functional teams with KPIs like yield and OEE.
• Conduct root cause analysis on production inefficiencies and quality issues to guide improvements.
• Utilize statistical methods for hypothesis testing and variance analysis for decision-making.
• Develop data pipelines and analytics frameworks ensuring data accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate with production teams and train operators/engineers on data collection and dashboards.
• Integrate data with budgeting and cash flow planning for monthly variance analysis.
