Job summary

Fuyao Glass America Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Data Analyst for the ARG Lamination Assembly Dept in Moraine, OH. You will verify and standardize Plex data, collect KPI data, and develop dashboards for production, quality, and finance teams.

You will perform predictive analyses, build forecasting models, and support cost reduction through data-driven insights and ROI optimization on capital equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• More than one year of working experience.
• Ability to read and interpret data from multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from ERP, MES, Plex and other sources.
• Perform quantitative analysis and build predictive models for efficiency, material use and quality.
• Create automated reports and dashboards for cross-functional teams highlighting KPIs.
• Conduct root cause analysis to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Utilize statistical methods for hypothesis testing and regression analyses.
• Develop data pipelines and analytical frameworks ensuring data accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate with production teams and train operators on data collection and dashboards.
• Build ROI analyses for capital equipment and optimize production scheduling.
• Forecast manufacturing KPIs with budgeting and cash flow planning.
• Support cost-of-goods-sold reporting and logistics data integration.
