Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ work experience in IT, manufacturing, engineering or related Industry.
• Data engineering pipeline lifecycle management (ingestion, transformation, orchestration, testing, deployment, monitoring).
• Proven leadership of large teams and business-critical commitments (production support, platform delivery, transformation programs, operating reviews).
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills (executive updates, stakeholder workshops, vendor engagement, cross‑functional alignment).

• Drive AI and analytics adoption with measurable business value.

• Govern secure, appropriate enterprise data access.
• Oversee access reviews, audits, and compliance controls.
• Oversee software asset inventory and version governance.
• Manage sustainable operations for deployed AI/ML solutions.
