You will develop and deploy applied ML, AI, and analytics solutions addressing manufacturing challenges and collaborate with technical customers to transition solutions into production. The role emphasizes applied ML foundations over manufacturing specifics, with opportunities in predictive maintenance, computer vision, and LLM-based assistants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a technical field with strong applied ML background.
• Applied ML methods for classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, or related problems.
• Proven ability to communicate technical results to stakeholders and translate problems into ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical problems with stakeholders and develop ML/AI solutions delivering business impact.
• Data preparation, method selection, model development, evaluation, and communication of results.
• Develop ML solutions for classification, regression, clustering, predictive maintenance, or computer vision applications.
• Build and support LLM-integrated apps and RAG-based assistants.
• Deploy models into production including on-prem, cloud, or edge devices.
• Document approaches, validation, results, and recommendations with reports.
• Collaborate across teams to identify new ML opportunities.
