Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders.
• Answer customer and dealer questions (product details, pricing, availability, repairs, and technical support).
• Help customers choose the right products.
• Work with internal teams (Sales, Production, Accounting, Engineering, Shipping) to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate demo equipment and shipping paperwork.
• Track shipments and provide tracking information.
• Assist walk-in customers.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
