Job summary

CFS in the United States (Waukegan, IL) seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to support customer service, order management, and administrative operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with multiple systems, and capable of balancing documentation, data management, and customer support.

This role offers exposure to ERP systems and end-to-end order processes, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, administrative, or data-entry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support customer documentation requests including COAs, SDSs, and product statements.
• Create and maintain customer records and master data.
• Assist with order entry, order verification, and invoice reviews.
• Review orders for accuracy, shipping requirements, and customer specifications.
• Coordinate purchase order documentation and approval workflows.
• Monitor open orders and support resolution of order discrepancies.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and logistics.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records and assist with administrative projects.
