Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing customer service, order entry, or inside sales.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read and interpret basic manufacturing information (part numbers, POs).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries (phone & email).
• Enter new orders and verify accuracy of customer PO details.
• Provide lead times, order updates, and shipping notifications.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, quality, and shipping to resolve issues.
• Prepare order confirmations, basic quotes, and required documentation.
• Assist customers with part status, inventory questions, or changes to orders.
• Maintain accurate digital records and customer communication history.
• Escalate customer concerns or nonconformance issues as needed.
• Support general office and administrative duties as required.
