Job summary

HellermannTyton North America is seeking an Manufacturing Industrial Engineer I in Milwaukee to support cost development, BOM and routing maintenance, and ERP setup for new items. You will join PRP teams to drive process improvements and ensure quality documentation and compliance.

The role requires a engineering degree or equivalent experience, plus internship or relevant work exposure. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant experience.
• Relevant internship or previous work experience.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create Manufacturing Cost Estimates (MCRs) for Product Management and Project Teams.
• Create Manufacturing Assessments (MAs) during product trials.
• Create and maintain BOMs and Routings in JDE system.
• Set up JDE ERP system for new items.
• Promote continuous improvement with PRP project teams and processes.
