Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a growing industrial equipment manufacturer just outside Milwaukee to hire a Manufacturing Engineer. This role offers the chance to join a team with passionate leadership, strong benefits, and competitive compensation.

You will support fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly, create routings and tooling solutions, troubleshoot production issues, review drawings and ERP data, and help improve safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Exposure to manufacturing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing processes involving fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly.
• Create routings, work instructions, production documentation, fixtures, and tooling solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Review engineering drawings, bills of material, CAD models, and manufacturing specifications.
• Maintain ERP manufacturing data, labor standards, work centers, and routings.
