Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience including at least three years with cost accounting.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
• Prior month-end close experience
• 1+ years experience working in finance in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and support plant safety policies.
• Support and execute plant month-end close activities (SAP close, journal entries, reconciliations).
• Participate in budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans with operations.
• Maintain product costing, SAP master data, and inventory costing accuracy.
• Analyze labor hours and costs; allocate and report related costs.
• Prepare monthly cost reports including overhead and DMC spending.
• Lead cost-savings initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Improve inventory management and working capital with operations.
• Develop Power BI reporting to provide actionable visibility into costs and performance.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Accounting requirements and policies.
