Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
• 5+ years progressive accounting/finance experience including at least 3 years cost accounting
• 5+ years of Excel experience
• Prior month-end close experience
• 1+ years finance in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and comply with all safety policies
• Execute plant month-end close, SAP close processes, journal entries, reconciliations
• Participate in budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans with operations
• Maintain product costing and SAP master data for accurate inventory costs
• Analyze labor, materials, and overhead costs and support reporting
• Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analyses
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and cross-functional yield improvements
• Improve inventory management and working capital with operations
• Develop reporting in Power BI for visibility into manufacturing spending and yields
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Accounting policies
