Job summary

Oxco, LLC seeks a Plant Manager to lead the 200k sq ft facility in Fort Mill, SC, directing warehouse and production operations to meet customer demand safely and efficiently.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage staff of ~100, enforce GMP and OSHA-compliant practices, and partner with Sales and Supply Chain to optimize the value stream. The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and developing bench strength for business continuity.

Qualifications

• College degree (4 year) in business or textiles or equivalent experience.
• 5 years’ experience managing a large, complex manufacturing department or plant.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; strong data and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Plant operations (Warehouse and Production) to meet customer demand, quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Drive Continuous Improvement Manufacturing initiatives with emphasis on employee involvement.
• Ensure staff compliance with GMP, OSHA, and company policies; provide training and coaching.
• Develop direct reports, set expectations, and manage performance.
• Collaborate with Sales & Supply Chain to optimize the value stream and overall operational efficiency.
