Job summary

Catelli Brothers Family of Foods in Collingswood, NJ is seeking a Cost Analyst to support North American operations. You will partner with plant operations, finance, and senior management to develop cost insights and actionable recommendations.

The role covers product costing, variance analysis, pricing support, and continuous process improvements across two manufacturing sites (Collingswood and Sutton, MA). Occasional travel and a mix of office and on-site work are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 3–5 years cost accounting experience in manufacturing or food processing preferred.
• Expert-level Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard and actual product costs across multiple product lines.
• Analyze raw materials, labor, and overhead costs to ensure accurate product costing.
• Support calculation of selling prices based on cost structures and margin targets.
• Perform cost variance analysis and identify key drivers affecting profitability.
• Collaborate with sales and serve as the primary costing/pricing contact.
