• Ability to analyze plant P&L, costs, variances, and financial performance.
• Experience building dashboards and tools for reporting and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plant P&L, costs, variances, and financial performance.
• Track inventory, yield, OEE, and cost per ton.
• Analyze margins by product/SKU and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare financial presentations for plant leadership.
• Build dashboards and tools to improve financial and operational reporting.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, quality, maintenance, and finance teams.
