Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
Strong cost accounting experience within manufacturing environments.
Deep understanding of inventory management and bill of materials (BOM).
Proven ability to analyze data and communicate financial insights.
ERP system experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage cost accounting processes including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory reconciliation.
Maintain and improve bill of materials (BOM) accuracy and costing structures.
Analyze manufacturing costs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Oversee inventory valuation, cycle counts, and physical inventory processes.
Partner with operations to identify cost savings and process improvements.
Support month-end close, reporting, and audit requirements related to cost accounting.
