Brooks Automation is seeking a Cost Accountant to support manufacturing and inventory accounting, close processes, and financial reporting. You will analyze costs, identify trends, and partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering leadership to drive accurate reporting and data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes cost analysis, standard costing, and variance analysis, with opportunities to improve internal controls and reporting quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing cost accounting, inventory accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support Month-End Close and Financial Reporting for cost accounting and inventory.
• Analyze inventory aging, cycles, and variances; support audits and controls.
• Lead analytics and process improvements; translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Engineering.
