Responsibilities

• Track, reconcile, and analyze costs from customer order through shipment.
• Analyze actual costs against projections and investigate variances.
• Support revenue recognition, customer billing, and milestone invoicing.
• Prepare intercompany billing and account reconciliations.
• Manage inventory reconciliations and cycle counts.
• Record warranty and installation costs and accruals.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close.
• Maintain forecasts and budgets for complex customer orders.
• Collaborate with operations and project managers for timely billing.
• Reconcile general ledger and inventory-related accounts.
• Support additional financial analysis as needed.
